Installation is non destructive and you can reverse it at any time. It does take a few minutes to open the hub and reassemble but I have created an installation video that should make it easy to accomplish.
Kit comes with all the hardware you will need to install it and uses the strongest magnets on the market for a premium feel with every shift.
