I was regularly frustrated with the rubber clamp for the Fanatec DD1 wheel and looked for a solution. I found the Z-Ring and decided to design something similar for myself.
This QR fix allows you to easily take wheels on and off without having to unscrew the nut on the shaft. Because you will no longer rely on a swelling rubber shaft that means it will also reduce flex and you won't have to worry about your rim becoming stuck on rubber! Lastly we have included a locking nut to prevent the Fanatec nut from coming loose like it so often does.
This part is designed with very tight tolerances and will be a snug fit that will not need to be adjusted again after it is installed. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
